To register and use the 555h platform you must be at least 18 years of age. 555h takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including before processing withdrawals. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and your deposits will be refunded after deducting any bonus credits used. Deliberately providing false age information to 555h is a breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 555h account. An "individual" means one person identified by name, CNIC, mobile number, device, IP address or payment method. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited at 555h. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your 555h account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. 555h reserves the right to request verification documents at any time. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
Your 555h account credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 555h support immediately. 555h will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to maintain password security.
Note: 555h accounts are for personal use only. Using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account, is a breach of these Terms.
555h accepts the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions at 555h are processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by 555h.
Withdrawals at 555h are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where that method supports withdrawals. This is a requirement of our anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for standard verified accounts. VIP accounts receive priority processing with target turnaround under 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. Visa/Mastercard refunds follow card network timelines of 3–5 business days.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 555h will request identity verification. You will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and a selfie photograph. This is a one-time process. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless 555h has reason to request further verification. 555h is entitled to withhold withdrawals pending successful identity verification for an unlimited period.
555h charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own standard charges — these are outside 555h's control. 555h will not be responsible for charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.
Funds deposited at 555h must be your own legitimately sourced money. Depositing proceeds from illegal activity is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial authorities.
555h's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. Bonus amounts, percentages and caps are stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus is available to one new account per household, device, IP address and payment method. Existing players creating new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again will have accounts closed and balances forfeited.
All bonuses at 555h are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus credit converts into withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types and minimum odds for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded game types do not contribute to wagering. Live esports and casino bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified.
555h monitors all bonus activity. The following constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses; placing opposing bets to guarantee low-risk bonus completion ("bonus arbing"); using promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. 555h's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Bonuses at 555h expire if the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe stated in each promotion. Expired bonus credit and any winnings generated from that credit are removed from the account automatically. Your deposited real-money balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
You are never obligated to accept a bonus at 555h. If you deposit without entering a bonus code or declining the bonus offer, no wagering requirements apply to your deposit and your entire balance is withdrawable at any time. Contact 555h support if you wish to have a bonus removed from your account — removal is subject to whether any of the bonus has already been wagered.
All bets at 555h are subject to acceptance by 555h at its sole discretion. 555h reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without explanation. Bets are considered accepted and binding only when a confirmation reference number is issued by the 555h system. Bets placed during technical outages or connectivity issues may be voided if they cannot be properly verified.
A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances at 555h: the event is cancelled before completion; the event is not completed to a point where the relevant market can be settled; the bet was accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error; the event result is officially reversed by the governing body.
In-play betting markets at 555h update in real time based on live match data. Bets submitted during in-play may be subject to a brief delay while the system processes the latest data. It is your responsibility to verify that your in-play bet was accepted before assuming placement. 555h will not be liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on your end.
For cricket matches at 555h, a match must have at least one ball bowled for most markets to stand. Specific ball-by-ball, over and innings markets have stated completion requirements in their descriptions. If weather, light or other interruptions cause a match to be reduced in overs, 555h will settle markets according to the official result based on applicable D/L or equivalent calculation unless otherwise stated. PSL rules follow PCB official rulings.
For esports matches at 555h, if a match is cancelled or a team forfeits before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided. Markets that were completed before any cancellation (e.g., first blood, pistol round) may be settled on the available result. If a team is disqualified after a completed match result, 555h settles bets on the result at time of play unless the governing body reverses the official score.
555h applies maximum winnings caps per market and event type. Caps are displayed on the event detail pages. In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be accepted, 555h reserves the right to void affected bets or limit payouts to the correct market rate. Players should contact 555h support if they believe they received incorrect odds.
The 555h casino and slots library is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be removed, added or temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance, technical issues or regulatory reasons. 555h will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by game unavailability.
All slot and casino games at 555h are provided by licensed software providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Stated RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical averages over millions of spins and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. If a game session at 555h is interrupted due to a technical issue, browser closure or connectivity failure mid-spin or mid-hand, the game round will either be completed automatically by the server upon reconnection or voided with the bet returned depending on the game provider's system. 555h is not responsible for losses caused by player-side connectivity problems.
Live casino games at 555h are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as displayed within the live table interface. The dealer's decisions are final. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 555h support. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have already been completed.
All content on the 555h platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds displays and page layouts — is the intellectual property of 555h or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any 555h content without prior written consent. 555h provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or malicious code. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555h accepts no liability for:
Nothing in these Terms limits 555h's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our actions. 555h's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
555h may update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 555h will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the 555h platform. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 555h operates. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through the 555h customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body as applicable to the 555h platform's operating licence.
Disputes regarding individual bet settlements must be raised with 555h support within 7 days of the relevant event outcome. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. 555h's decision on bet settlement disputes is final where supported by documented evidence from official data providers.
